Renowned author Rachel G. Carrington offers a passionate and detailed tale of the hardships her family triumphed in the face of obstacles in the 2023 must-read book, “The Early Years: A Memoir.”

For Carrington, life as a young kid in Kentucky was strict yet full of love, with firm direction from parents who always wanted her to succeed.
