Popular Chicago non-profit sales training program, re:work training, announces partnership with Hirevue, a leading provider of tech-driven pre-hire assessments solutions, to use artificial intelligence to help underrepresented groups get jobs in the technology software industry

The goal of the strategic partnership is to underrepresented groups get jobs in the technology software industry, using popular artificial intelligence (AI).

re:work seeks bridge diversity gap that exists in the technology industry starting with Chicago,” said Shelton Banks, CEO of re:work training. “As long as we continue to receive support from companies like LinkedIn, DocuSign, Packback, Sprout Social, Groupon, and so many others… We will continue to move the needle in the right direction,” Shelton Banks continued.

The case is not particularly different in Chicago, especially in underserved communities. This is where re:work training is looking to make a difference with the partnership with Hirevue.

re:work training offers an eight weekend long paid sales and business development training program, Saturday and Sunday, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. The training provides candidates with the skills they need to thrive in the growing software sales industry, including Salesforce and other soft and hard skills.
